We really enjoyed out meal at the Sovereign. We visited there on our wedding anniversary. Service was very good and food enjoyable. We will be returning in the near future.

The Sovereign

First visit to the foxglove, really loved the decor and feel of the place. The staff were all friendly and good at the job. Food was very good, the belly pork cooked to perfection. We eill definitely be returning!!

As always the service and food was excellent  served by pleasant and helpful staff,   We arrived with one more guest than we had booked for but was dealt with without fuss or  problems a very enjoyable meal

We have eaten at the Sovereign many times and are never disappointed...friendly staff, food always good value for money, nice ambiance, clean bathrooms.

Nice food but came warm not hot had to be sent back for re heat

Greeted in a lovely manner and shown to our table.  Food and drinks order taken in a timely manner, also food arrived in good time.  Unfortunately left waiting 25 mins after finishing our meal to be asked if we wanted desserts, by this time we opted not to have anything and was not asked throughout our meal if we wanted any more drinks, feel an opportunity was missed to increase revenue.
